My name is Pedro Santana, and I’m a San Diego, CA native. I relocated to Yuma at a young age where I attended elementary, middle school, high school, as well as completing my college studies. Before law school, I was a dedicated member of the community, working in several positions in the community, including serving as a Tribal Prosecutor for the Cocopah Indian Tribe.
I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, NV, where I also gained practical experience as a
student attorney for the school’s Family Law Clinic and through
employment with a personal injury law firm.
In addition to my legal education, I was an active member of the community, serving as a Truancy Diversion Program Judge, a role in which I helped families in Clark County to re-engage in learning and education. Currently, I continue to dedicate myself to the betterment of the community by serving as the vice-chair of the Yuma County Attorney’s Community Justice Board.
Upon graduation, I successfully passed the Arizona State Bar Exam and had the privilege to work as a prosecutor with the Yuma County Attorney’s Office. Since then, I have established Santana Law Firm, where I specialize in handling Civil and Criminal cases with a steadfast commitment to protecting the rights and interests of my clients.
